Great Customer Feedback

So often in the shared hosting business, the only feedback the team and I get is negative. It’s always gratifying when a customer takes time to write something complimentary and positive! In this businesses, support and service delivery really is a case of ‘the silent majority’ and it’s often too easy to be swayed by the tiny number of exceptions.

Dear Mr. McCarron,

I recently signed up with Register365, I registered the domain name I
am emailing from and, initially, an Enterprise Windows plan.
Everything has been handled superbly. Obviously I had to submit the
relevant documentation for the .ie domain name and
Colm (sorry, I didn’t get his surname) was an absolute star with
regard to that. He guided me through the process completely and always
got back to me within 20 minutes or so. Fantastic service from a great
guy.

Once that was sorted, I got to playing with the account and I needed
to configure MX servers, PHP configuration, a whole raft of things to
annoy your service team with. Then, to top it all off, I decided at
3:30am yesterdya morning that I would be more comfortable in my well
known Unix surroundings and I wanted to switch to Unix Enterprise.
Throughout all of the aforementioned issues, Marcin Magdziak helped me
every single step of the way via the live chat. He resolved all of my
issues promptly, even the platform switch from Windows to Unix took
less than fifteen minuts. He was always cheery, very responsive,
completely knowledgable and yet another fantastic and solid member of
your support team.

I will be singing your praises to anyone who will listen and it’s not
going to be because of your prices or website or any of that, it’s
going to be because of guys like Colm and Marcin who are there
providing absolutely bloody fantastic customer service. Sad as it is
to say, customer service never seems to feature very highly on Irish
companies priorities lists and I am glad to see your company taking a
fresh approach to this and putting service first.

    I just want to add my two cents worth on the support I have received ALL WEEKEND from Marcin. I was transferring my hosting from a US host and had a bunch of questions. I had an unusual config as my mail is hosted elsewhere.

    Anyway, Marcin was always there at the end of live chat to help me through my stupid questions and provide simple steps for me to follow. I cannot speak highly enough of Marcin's professionalism, courtesy and knowledge. Nothing was too tricky and my constant logging onto live chat was always greeted with a friendly hello.

    Stephen/Aidan, whatever you are paying these guys, it isnt enough :)

    I have a number of sites now hosted with hosting365 and with support like this I have absolutely no reason to ever look elsewhere.

  • I suppose I should just chime in here and sing the praises of a number of H365 staff :) Firstly, there's Piotr and Marcin, complete gentlemen. Their help is very informative and their support is second to none, great assets to the team without a doubt. I've been a customer of H365 for a while through one way or another and simply cannot fault Aidan McCarron for the help given to me over that time, so thanks to him too!
  • Just want to pass on my sincere thanks to one of your support team, Marcin Magdziak who I found to be a godsend in sorting out a problem for me. I had been on to one his support colleagues the previous day and sadly found little help there. Marcin on the other hand was immediately determined to sort out the issue, rather than just a perfunctory, 'check out our tutorials.' I have in the past found Hosting 365's phone support to be second to none - was then a little uneasy about this new online chat approach. But if all the support team follow Marcin's example of getting stuck in to sort the problem out the I believe your company will continue to build. Proper support in this business really is crucial.

    I just googled Marcin's name - as I have just had a similar experience. It is a little sad that such good customer service is hard to find but Marcin fixed by new website problems in just a few mins.
